Adding overview info to README as suggested in issue

Little Big T requested to merge lbt/i2p.www:readme-refactoring into master

Updated the suggestions from #38 with what I learned since then. I hope with this any newcomer will have it easier to get into the workings of the i2p.www website (the "this-would-have-helped-me" viewpoint).
