Wizard in docker

LoveIsGrief requested to merge loveisgrief/muwire:wizard-indocker into master

This MR introduces the use of default settings for the wizard in docker.

I found out that the wizard includes a dialog

It's not clear to me yet how that is filled. Maybe in a future MR some logic could be added to guess the IP of the network card. For now, users will have to follow the instructions in the wiki
