update the muwire icon which appears on the router console itself

idk requested to merge idk/muwire:iconfix into master

This includes a 32x32 version of the MuWire icon created by cropping and editing the SVG you gave me earlier today. There wasn't really a good way to get the full logo to fit in the icon size, so a stylized Mu was created. The color was picked from the I2P Styleguide created by Ura Design. It makes the icon more visible on the router console Light theme /home page.
