Support SAMv3.3 PRIMARY sessions and all 3 types of SubSessions

idk requested to merge easy-keys into master

sam3 is already pretty much the most advanced and capable SAM library that we have, but none of the extant SAM libraries that I know of have support for SAM 3.3, which allows the multiplexing of different tunnel types on the same keys.

  • This is necessary for a fully-compatible-with-the-rest-of-I2P-torrents bittorrent DHT implementation.
  • This will be the first example of how to set up a PRIMARY session
