Nested netDb fixes opened for review(IMO these are ready)
requested to merge obscuratus/i2p.i2p:i2p.i2p.2.4.0-test1-obscuratus-wip-20230822 into i2p.i2p.2.4.0-test1
Opened this so I can review it with all the gitlab syntax highlighting and navigation stuff. ping @obscuratus we don't have to merge this yet if it's not ready but it will help me to view it this way.
These are ready to merge back into test1.
