move gitlab, git, and git bundle guides to application section, update the screenshots

This moves the git guides from the blog entries where they were drafted to the application section on the web site, along with a handful of edits to keep them up to date. Git for users comes with a warning that it is only viable for i2p.www and i2p.firefox.
