More Docker changes

Zlatin Balevsky requested to merge (removed):docker-2 into master

This MR does the following:

  • disables in-network updates
  • exposes an I2NP port
  • adds a separate volume for snark

The I2NP ports default to 12345, but there is a comment in the Dockerfile strongly advising the user to change it.
