6 digit bandwith limits in bandwidth text box

When running setup bandwidth limits appropriately populate bandwidth text box. I2p showed "rejecting tunnels bandwidth exceeded." Checked logs and had to increase Java memory. But i2p still will only show rejecting tunnels bandwidth exceeded.
Found that bandwidth text boxes have a limit of 6 digits when bandwidth entered manually. And so if bandwidth test populates over 6 digits "rejecting tunnels bandwidth exceeded" is end result. Lowering bandwidth to 6 digits up and down restores accepting tunnels. Would like to share more bandwidth but is not possible with this version of i2p.
