Junit 4 deprecations

Junit 4 deprecated some things in a recent release.

Low priority, I doubt anything is being removed anytime soon, but it's a lot of logging.

'ant buildTest' will show them.

@zlatinb has this mostly done, just needs to be finished up and checked in

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
