RouterInfo, RouterAddress: Optimizations and integrity checks 

    - Remove synchronization
    - Do not allow contents to change after being set, throw IllegalStateException
    - Do not copy contents out in getters
    - Make options final
    - Add getOption() and getOptionsMap() methods
