Console: Fix NPE on /profiles

Profiles:
  - Fix first heard about to be earliest, undeprecate
  - Fixup first heard about at profile readin
  - Persist good/bad lookup/store DBHistory stats added in 0.7.8
  - Remove unused DBHistory methods and fields to save memory
  - Change bonus longs to ints to save memory
  - Extend profile expiration time from 3 days to 15
  - Consolidate getLong()
  - Synch fixes
