* Naming: Make HostsTxt the sole default NamingService 

      (was Meta = PetName + HostsTxt)
    * Naming: Add two new experimental NamingServices, EepGet and Exec,
      not enabled by default -
      see source comments in core/java/src/net/i2p/client/naming
      for configuration instructions
