I2PTunnelHTTPServer now sends "Accept-encoding: \r\n" plus "X-Accept-encoding: x-i2p-gzip\r\n", and I2PTunnelHTTPServer handles x-i2p-gzip in either the Accept-encoding or X-Accept-encoding headers.
