Embed a jpackaged router in the installer. Self-Updating.

idk requested to merge EXPERIMENTAL-jpackage into master

This would implement a jpackaged I2P router in the i2p.firefox NSIS installer. It will update by recieving one of the new-style updates for .dmg and .exe based installers, and running the NSIS installer with the \S flag. Update mechanism is still untested.
