- Start clients directly (hard coded) instead of using clients.config 

  and LoadClientAppsJob, due to ClassLoader issues and the need to
  register shutdown hooks anyway.
- Status bar tweaks
- Fix NPE when stopping
- Instantiate broadcast receiver
- apk config has preference over installed config for now
