Some kinda mystery crash on Manjaro?

A user from IRC reported repeated crashing when using a version of the Firefox extension with a standard Firefox version from the Manjaro installation. I have not as yet been able to ascertain which Firefox version they are using, whether they had modified user.js prior to installing the extension, whether Manjaro makes modifications to userChrome.js or userChrome.css, etc. I'll load up Manjaro into a Qube and have a look at it as soon as I get a moment.
