Adding Docker Support

I think it should also be possible to run the browser from Docker. Partly because "Why Not?" Also because it's not out of the question that a user might want to use I2P in a Docker container and also might want to use their I2P Browser in a Docker container. In this case, the container's (Albeit limit)sandboxing powers and volume management powers may increase the security of the browser. By default, no volume is created and the container is discarded as soon as the user is done running it. Otherwise, it is identical to the profile.
