Adding Debian/Ubuntu Package Support

A version of this toolset which A) Does not include an embedded I2P router and B) works on Linux should be easy to turn into a Debian-style package which will work on all architectures and variants as long as they have a /bin/sh and a Firefox. I've got some of this working already, it needs fine-tuning however.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
