Which one of the names correct: (check the uploaded image)

i2ptunnel or local tunnels , hidden services manager?

its confusing , i see either i2ptunnels or local tunnels is better. hidden services is wrong name as its better to be referred as another name of eepsites or hidden web.

another problem when disabling i2ptunnel from webapps

http://127.0.0.1:7657/configwebapps

then visiting local tunnels or hidden services manager or i2ptunnel or this link:

http://127.0.0.1:7657/i2ptunnelmgr

it will show duplicate of the i2pconsole. (check the uploaded image)

suggestion: its true a graphical issue but i have question:-

is it worth to not allow users visiting this page? i dont really get the use of it. its better to keep it always available similar to other places of the router like stats or …etc.

We have changed the names a few times over the years, which has led to diverging terminology. Perhaps we can make things more consistent.

HIdden service is a SERVICE, not only a eepsite. Also IRC, MTN, git,.. are services.

So hidden service is correct. Also the Hidden Service configuration page let you setup hidden services and manage those setups in I2P. Still valid.

Hidden Service should refer to the eepsite , because eepsite is a hidden service.

But Not = Hidden Service which turn to be a tunnel configuring page? whats hidden in that?

local tunnels i see it the best correct name of describing it.

Ok, on a second view the names are maybe a bit confusing, but correct.

The Hidden service manager is correct, the local tunnels is correct, same with i2ptunnel as being the app to do all the tunnel stuff.

With the overhaul of router console it may change nevertheless.

Also if you disable the tunnel app, there is nothing to show, so it may do not know what to show. Needs a fix to show a error.
