Set it up so that the Unix version of i2pconfig will be used if i2pconfig is installed in /usr/local/bin and the ~/.i2p/router.config is present. Does not work for service installs yet.

App-ify the routerconsole.browser script by stripping away browser UI elements from the underlying firefox. This effectively separates the profile used to browse I2P and the profile used to configure I2P, and reconfigures the "Configuration Profile" to more closely imitate an application UI by hiding the nav bar, back bar, and other potentially confusing elements

Disable HTTPS-only mode in the profile we control, we're using HTTPS-Everywhere instead since we don't have the ability to deny upgrades to https from .i2p hostnames yet(tor does, though, via dom.security.https_only_mode.upgrade_onion=false, which is probably easy to adapt for us
