The message that you have to restart the I2P router is always displayed, regardless of whether you change the settings or not. This confused me a lot at first: "Mhh, I only changed the bandwidth. Why do I have to restart the I2P router in the app for this, but not the PC application?"
This message always appears when exiting a settings menu. In itself, this statement is certainly not always wrong. However, it appears very often. On the other hand, one can argue that settings are often only made once and therefore this issue has low priority.
