Remove I2P-Bote android application from Google Play distribution in favor of mhatta's maintained fork #15

I2P-Bote as published to the Google Play Store is not working, and we're not the ones who are releasing new Bote builds anyway. We should remove I2P-Bote from the Google Play, and encourage people to migrate to mhatta's maintained fork. https://github.com/mhatta/i2p.i2p-bote

Agreed, both old botes are delisted. Closing for now, if a reliable Bote maintainer appears I'll work with them.
