OK I now have this(Family key changes) enabled on my device and on my public dev builds. Not in the release(1.8.2) yet. So far so good.

Leaving this open for the family certs issue. 1.8.1 is really just a workaround that prevents things from crashing when the loading fails. The cert error is logged. It would be better to have family keys code enabled on Android. I have changes to the key conversion code that should work on Android bug I haven't tested there.

Please test well in advance of the next release. The two i2p.i2p classes you'll need are SigUtil and ECConstants, or just build from trunk. See i2p.i2p ed1e705d355da6f73606d0738e89eabe6ec41277
