* Shutdown:
    - Clear more resources in peer manager, netdb, stat manager,
      session key manager, naming service, tunnel dispatcher,
      OCMOSJ (result of testing with jvisualvm)
    - Don't call wrapper on shutdown (starting two threads) if we
      were started with runplain
